Optimum cooling performance and durability

Advantages of JMP:

When the engine is running, friction and heat are generated. The engine must be efficiently cooled to prevent overheating. Water radiators consist of pipes with fins in between, allowing coolant to flow through these pipes while a continuous air flow cools the liquid, thus maintaining optimal engine temperature.

Water Cooler Variants:

• Mechanically Plugged Radiator:
  • Cost- and energy-saving production.
  • Round tubes fully inserted through the fins.
  • Smaller air gap between tubes and fins.
  • Lower heat transfer/cooling capacity.
• Brazed Radiator:
  • Tubes and fins are brazed in a furnace.
  • Creation of a metallic connection.

  • Flattened tubes for larger cooling surface.
