Compatible with Velcro systems, these discs measure 76 mm in diameter, making them perfect for various applications.

The new A975 No-Fil SG product excels in sanding operations on painted parts, composite materials, gelcoat in shipbuilding, wood, and non-ferrous metals. It is especially effective for sanding thicker or more resistant surfaces, including ceramic coatings.

With a combination of SG and heat-treated aluminum oxide, these discs provide an aggressive, cool cut while offering high wear resistance and an extended tool life—up to twice as long as conventional products.

The fiber-reinforced latex-treated B-paper enhances tear resistance by 50-60% without sacrificing flexibility, allowing for both dry and wet sanding applications.

Additionally, the water-based No-Fil anti-clogging coating effectively prevents premature clogging, significantly extending the service life of the sanding discs. The unique backing design ensures that no color pigments are present in the bond or No-Fil coating, preventing soiling of the workpiece.
