The A975 No-Fil SG product is ideal for sanding painted parts, composite materials, gelcoat in shipbuilding, wood, and non-ferrous metals. This disc excels in handling thicker or more resilient surfaces, such as ceramic coatings.

Equipped with a unique combination of SG and heat-treated aluminum oxide, this sanding disc delivers an aggressive, cool cut with superior wear resistance, offering a tool life twice that of conventional products.

The fiber-reinforced latex-treated B-paper ensures 50-60% higher tear resistance, providing excellent flexibility. Suitable for both dry and wet sanding applications, the water-based No-Fil anti-clogging coating prevents premature clogging, thereby extending the disc's service life.

Thanks to innovative backing technology, there are no color pigments present in the bond or No-Fil coating, which means your workpiece remains free of unwanted soiling.
