Introducing the A975 No-Fil SG sanding disc, specially designed for a variety of sanding applications on painted surfaces, composite materials, gelcoat in shipbuilding, wood, and non-ferrous metals. This self-adhesive disc excels at sanding tougher or thicker surfaces, including ceramic coatings.
The innovative combination of SG and heat-treated aluminum oxide ensures a highly aggressive yet cool cut, providing remarkable wear resistance and extending tool life to twice that of standard products. With a fiber-reinforced latex-treated B-paper, these discs offer 50-60% greater tear resistance while maintaining excellent flexibility.
Perfect for both dry and wet sanding, the A975 features a water-based No-Fil anti-clogging coating that minimizes premature clogging, ultimately enhancing longevity. The unique backing eliminates any color pigments in the bond or No-Fil coating, preventing any potential soiling of the workpiece.
